"Purtroppo non è possibile applicare stelle aggiuntive altrimenti ne meriterebbe almeno 10 Per quanto riguarda il cibo parliamo della mitica cucina Salentina con ogni genere di leccornie. Il servizio è la cordialità delle genti Salentine e noto in tutto il mondo e qui non manca di farsi apprezzare, con la gentilezza del personale che ti coccola come se fossi a casa ad essere coccolato dalla mamma. Infine l'ambiente, per quanto spartano, è genuino come tutto il Salento e ti fa stare bene con l'aria che si respira. Meriterebbe molte più stelle"
